 We want you to have your order in the shortest time possible!

 We will try our best for you to have your order before the set delivery time, however, you should keep in mind that each product has a complexity and a process that we must respect for your order to be as amazing as you imagine.

 If you have a specific date for which you need your sign, please let our team know before formalizing the order for us to confirm if you can have it by then (or not).

 In customized orders, the shipping fee it's included. (Import customs expenses are not included.) Depending on the fabrication time, the shipping time (only valid for Spanish Peninsula) will be:

 5-8 days fabrication: Shipping estimated time 48-72hr GLS ECONOMY SHIPPING
 48-72hr fabrication: Shipping estimated time 24-48hr GLS 24h SHIPPING
 24h fabricationr: Shipping estimated time 24-48hr GLS 24h SHIPPING

 It is very important to note that Oh my neon undertakes to contract by default the "GLS Economy or GLS24h" (depending on the fabrication time choosen) of the transport company, however, it is not responsible if the package has delays due to mismanagement of part of the transport company, which could have to do with: poorly traveled packages, delays due to adverse weather conditions, times/holidays in the sending or destination community, etc.

 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may also delay.
