Refunds and Warranty

IMPORTANT: For the warranty to be applicable (in case you need to send the product to our facilities) the product must be sent in its original packaging. No exceptions.

  As this is a personalized order, made to measure for the customer, Oh my neon does not accept returns from the time of order confirmation.

  Although ohmyneon.com does not undertake to refund money, it undertakes to resolve the incident (if there is a defect in the product fabrication) in the shortest possible time, provided that it is within its means and comply with the following warranty conditions:


1) LUMINOUS PRODUCTS

Oh my neon offers a 24-month warranty for the lighting of its products, as long as the damage has not been caused by customer manipulation or a third party.

2) DAMAGES IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS

 When receiving the goods it is necessary to check that the package is in good condition.

 a) If the package has significant damage it is necessary to sign the packing slip as non-compliant and send photos of the package to our staff to take care of the arrangements relevant to the claim with the transport company.

 Then, proceed to open the package and check that the elements work and look correctly. If any element of the merchandise is damaged please send us images and/or videos to info@ohmyneon.com

 b) The package is undamaged.

 Both of the two points mentioned must be carried out with a period no longer than 48hrs after the package has been received. Otherwise, info@ohmyneon.com will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods from your facilities to ours.

 3) DEFECTS OBLIVIOUS TO THE SHIPPING PROCESS

 If the goods have any manufacturing defects, please send photos or videos to info@ohmyneon.com and we will try to take the arrangements to repeat the piece that its damaged. If the problem it's the entire sign, Oh my neon may request a return of the defective one before sending a new sign.

 4) WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

 We don't consider as defects:

 - Slight differences between the colors shown on the screen and the color of the product.

 - Slight differences between the RAL or PANTONE that you introduce in the budget system.

 - Details on the goods that can't be appreciated from the habitual installation distance.

 It's not included on the warranty:

 - Elements that have been manipulated without Oh my neon awareness and approbation.

 - Elements reported as defective after 24 months (luminous signs).

 - Elements that are not inside its original packaging.
